USP (uniqueness) is a vital element in determining what makes your company different and why they will choose your services over others. All too often most FM companies talk a great talk but continually trip themselves up on small ticket items which frustrates the hell out of clients. Equally, if service delivery is not up to scratch the service provider is penalised.
